This study aims to empirically examine the factors that are suspected of influencing the quality of the mosque's financial reports. The population of this study were all mosques in the city of Surakarta registered in the Mosque Information System of the Ministry of Religion totaling 541 mosques. The number of samples used was 56 mosques determined based on purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that human resources competencies and internal control systems had a significant positive effect on the quality of mosque financial reports, the use of information technology did not affect the quality of mosque financial reports, while organizational commitment could not moderate the effect of human resources competencies, internal control systems, and the use of information technology on quality mosque financial report. Keywords: Quality of Mosque Financial Reports, Human Resources CompetencePenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris faktor-faktor yang diduga berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan masjid. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh masjid di Kota Surakarta yang terdaftar dalam Sistem Informasi Masjid Kementrian Agama berjumlah 541 masjid. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 52 masjid yang ditentukan berdasarkan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi SDM dan sistem pengendalian internal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan masjid, pemanfaatan teknologi informasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan masjid, sedangkan komitmen organisasi tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh kompetensi SDM, sistem pengendalian internal, dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kualitas laporan keuangan masjid. Kata Kunci: Kualitas Laporan Keuangan Masjid, Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia
