Free provision of education is organized in a system to ensure the process of education through the Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000. These systems are widely applied in the world of business and industry to ensure the quality of the product that is able to maintain and improve customer satisfaction. Implementation of QMS ISO 9001:2000 in education is expected to guarantee and ensure the quality of graduate education so they can live independently, absorbed in the corporate world and the industrial world and able to compete in a global world which means describe the achievement of National Education Standards. Implementation of ISO 9001:2000 in Islamic education can be done by preparing educators in accordance with their respective qualifications and their commitment to Islamic religious education. In addition, educators are expected not only to be a teacher in the classroom, but as a guide to Islam, especially for the whole school community and be a good example for all citizens so as to create a good environment and achieved what the goals of Islamic religious education is the formation of perfect man in which insight be able to perform the duties of servant hood, the Caliphate, and the inheritor of the Prophet.
