Abstract
In education across the globe should we imitate how to study and how to study a major cleric i.e. Malik and Imam Al-Shaafa'i. This research entitled comparison studies between Malik and Imam Al-Shaafa'i. the benefits of this research to formulate the concept of education to new thinking, so the discourse of fiqh and Usul fiqh is getting rich. To organize the study of thought and education fuqaha ' as the subject of a special with the completeness of information and material elements of the element.
