Abstract
Abstract Andalusia (Spain) and Sicily are two highly civilized areas on the plains of Europe for approximately eight centuries, in Andalusia starting in 711 AD and ending in 1492 AD. While in Sicily it began in 872 AD and ended in 1194 AD and the high civilization is the fruit of the result of the ruling Islamic government in these two areas. Including fields that are experiencing rapid progress are the fields of education, politics, economics, philosophy, science, music, art, language, literature and in the field of Islamic jurisprudence.
