SUPREMASI KEADILAN DALAM AL-QURAN THE SUPREMACY OF JUSTICE IN THE HOLY QUR’AN
Abstract
Justice is the essence of law enforcement. While the meaning of justice itself varies depending on where the perspective is. Justice in the Qur’an has a large meaning. Al-Qur’an as the Mus- lim holy book plays the role of Tibyan, hudan, nur, syifa, furqan and rahmah for all nature, offering humanity a concept that is definitely clear, certainly good and certainly fair about justice itself. From here the author feels that it is need to re-examine the meaning and concept of justice offered by the Qur’an in perspective as to how justice is explained in the Qur’an based on universal values of justice itself as the epistemological foundation of Muslims in in- terpreting the supremacy of justice. This research is a library research (library research), the technique of collecting data with the method of documentation, then in this study the authors use data analysis techniques adopted from al-Farmawi’s theory in his interpretation of the maudhu’i method. The results of this study indicate that the existence of Al-Qur’an’s concern in the enforcement of justice in universal (syamil) and overall (mutakammil). The belief in the perfection of Allah’s justice and obedience to the rules that he revealed is a consequence of the faith (lawaazimul iimaan). The attitude of sami’na wa atho’na, does not feel heavy and wants to be regulated, obedient, there is no bargaining, to follow it all, not being picky is a unified system of accepting everything wholeheartedly, this is what is meant by Islam kaffah. Having understood and understood all the wisdom behind the words Adil and Qist along with their derivation fostered the belief that God’s justice is truly perfect there is no doubt in it and shows the supremacy of justice Allah Swt. above all.
