DINAMIKA USAHA “BASRENG NGOREJAT” MENGHADAPI GELOMBANG PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract

ABSTRAKPandemi Covid-19 berdampak besar terhadap perekonomian global, khususnya bagi perekonomian negara Indonesia. Dampak tersebut sangat terlihat ketika pemerintah menerapkan Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar (PSBB) dan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM), lebih dari 50% Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) Indonesia tutup permanen ataupun sementara. Penelitian karya ilmiah ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data berupa wawancara, diskusi dengan pelaku usaha “Basreng Ngorejat”, dan beberapa sumber literasi meliputi artikel, jurnal, serta buku. Hasil penelitian karya ilmiah ini menunjukkan ada tiga aspek usaha “Basreng Ngorejat” yang terkena dampak pandemi Covid-19 secara signifikan, yaitu arus kas (cash flow) dan permintaan pasar (market demand) mengalami penurunan mencapai 50%, serta perubahan rantai pasok (supply chains) yang menyebabkan bahan baku produksi utama dan pendukung mengalami kenaikan harga sebesar dua kali lipat dari sebelumnya. Ketiga aspek tersebut mengalami perubahan secara dinamis seiring gelombang pandemi Covid-19 dan kebijakan yang diberlakukan oleh pemerintah Indonesia sampai dengan saat ini.ABSTRACTThe Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on the global economy, especially for the Indonesian economy. This impact is very visible when the government implements Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) and Enforcement of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM), more than 50% of Indonesia's Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM) close permanently or temporarily. This scientific research uses descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, discussions with entrepreneur of "Basreng Ngorejat", and several literacy sources including articles, journals, and books. The results of this scientific research show that there are three aspects of the "Basreng Ngorejat" business that have been significantly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, namely cash flow and market demand which have decreased by 50%, as well as supply chain changes which caused the price of the main and supporting raw materials to increase by two times compared to the previous one. These three aspects have changed dynamically in line with the wave of the Covid-19 pandemic and the policies imposed by the Indonesian government to date.
