PENGEMBANGAN KURIKULUM PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM BERWAWASAN MULTIKULTURAL DI MADRASAH

Abstract

Madrasa are required to always develop and adapt to the needs and changes of students. Globalization is a curriculum development challenge, especially with multiculturalism in culture and thinking that must always be adaptive to needs and changes. The characteristics of the multiculturalism-based curriculum developed must reflect on: 1). learn to live with differences; 2). Building mutual trust (mutual trust), understanding mutual understanding (mutual understanding), and upholding mutual respect (mutual respect); 3). open in thinking (inclusive); 4). appreciation and interdependence; 5). conflict resolution and nonviolent reconciliation.
