Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Dengan Strategi Unit Teaching Materi Operasi Hitung Pecahan Kelas V SDN 013 Tanjung Pinang
Abstract
This research is created based by the low score result of students in learning Fractions in Mathematics Lessons which shows the low activity of students, so that the results are not as expected. The purpose of this study was to determine the increase student score result in fractional arithmetic operations using the Unit Teaching strategy. This research uses classroom action research as much as two cycles. Each cycle consists of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The target of this research is class V SDN 013 Bukit Bestari Tanjung Pinang City. The data obtained in the form of observations and tests. From the results of the analysis, it was found that the use of the Unit Teaching Strategy was able to improve the score result of fifth grade students at SDN 013 Bukit Bestari, Tanjung Pinang City. This can be seen from the percentage of completeness in each cycle which is increasing, namely in the first cycle it is 60%, in the second cycle it has increased to 85%. The conclusion of this study is that learning with the Unit Teaching strategy can improve learning outcomes in arithmetic operations in Mathematics Lessons.
