This study aims to determine media creation, use and effectiveness of Android-based Arabic learning media in improving the Arabic language skills of 2nd grade MTs students. The method of this research is a mixture of qualitative and quantitative research methods. The type of research is research and development, using the ADDIE model. The results of this study indicate that the value of the application validity of the material expert is 91.6% and the multimedia expert is 86.6% and the results of the student response questionnaire are79.6% and the teacher response is 90%. The average value of the Pre-Test is 53 and the Post-Test is 76, with the t-test value as follows: tcount˃ttable (8,512˃2,086). Based on the results,it shows that this android-based Arabic learning media is effective and has succeeded in improving the Arabic language skills of 2nd grade MTs.N Kupang students.   غرض هذا البحث هو لمعرفة تصميم واستخدام وفعالية الوسيلة التعليمية العربية على أساس أندرويد لترقية قدرة الطلاب في تعليم اللغة العربية لطلاب الصف الثاني بمدرسة الثانوية الاسلامية الحكومية كوفغ. مدخل البحث هو المدخل المشكل بين المنهج الكيفي والكمي. نوع البحث هو البحث والتطوير (R & D) للنماذج المستخدمة لتطوير الوسيلة التعليمية فهي ADDIE.حصلت الباحثة نتائج التحقق من خبير المواد بنسبة 91.6٪، ونتائج التحقق من خبير الوسائل المتعددة بنسبة 86.6٪، ونتائج من استبيانات الطلاببنسبة 79.6٪، ونتائج من استبيانات المعلم بنسبة 90٪. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، حصلتالباحثة قيمة المتوسط من الإختبار القبلي للطلاب بنسبة 53 وقيمة المتوسط من الإختبار البعدي للطلاب بنسبة 76، بقيمة الإختبار t(T-test):t حسابي (t0) t <جدولي (8.512˂ 2.086). بناء على هذا التقييم، ظهر أن وسيلة التعليمية  على أساس أندرويد قد نجحت في تحسين و ترقية قدرات الطلاب والوسيلة فعالة كوسيلة لتعليم اللغة العربية.
