Peran Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Kedisiplinan Guru Sekolah Dasar di SDN Cipondoh 1 Kota Tangerang
Abstract
The aims of this study to determine how the Principal's Leadership Role in Improving the Discipline of Elementary School Teachers at SDN Cipondoh 1 Tangerang City. This study is a descriptive qualitative research intended to examine and analyze data objectively according to the data found in the field, then the data collected from the research results are described in the form of words. Information in this study were principals, teachers, and school administrators. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study aim to determine how the role of the principal’s leadership in improving teacher discipline. There are some teachers who have not or are lacking in discipline as an educator that need to be improved.
