PEMBINAAN AKHLAK SANTRI MELALUI PENDEKATAN KETELADANAN DI PONDOK PESANTREN AN-NIDHOM KOTA CIREBON

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitan Pembinaan Akhlak Santri melalui Pendekatan Keteladanan di Pondok Pesantren An-Nidhom Kota Cirebon ini bertujuan untuk mendefinisikan atau menjawab rumusan masalah (1) Bagaimana pendekatan keteladanan dalam membina akhlak santri di Pondok Pesantren An-Nidhom Kota Cirebon? (2) Bagaimana akhlak santri di Pondok pesantren An-Nidhom Kota Cirebon? (3) Apa saja Faktor pendukung dan penghambat penggunaan pendekatan keteladanan dalam membina akhlak santri di Pondok Pesantren An-Nidhom Kota Cirebon? Penelitian ini dijalankan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari seorang yang tahu betul dengan masalah seputar keteladanan kyai dan ustad dan pembinaan akhlak santri di Pondok Pesantren An-Nidhom Kota Cirebon. Informan di penelitian ini yaitu kyai, ustad dan santri itu sendiri. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Pengujian keabsahan data dengan menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi waktu. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah interaktif dimana analisis data dilakukan secara interaktif dan terus menerus sampai tuntas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa kyai dan ustad di Pondok Pesantren An-Nidhom mampu memberikan keteladanan kepada santri dengan menjadi uswah atau suri tauladan dalam segala aspek kehidupan nyata sehari-hari, sedangkan akhlak santri Pondok Pesantren An-Nidhom Kota Cirebon sudah terbangun melalui keteladanan, pembiasaan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh kyai dan ustad di Pondok Pesantren An-Nidhom Kota Cirebon. Dan juga didorong dengan kegiatan-kegiatan pondok pesantren. Adapun faktor pendukung dan penghambat keberhasilan santri di Pondok Pesantren An-Nidhom berbanding sama. Abstract: This research on Santri Moral Development through an Exemplary Approach at the An-Nidhom Islamic Boarding School in Cirebon City aims to define or answer the problem formulation (1) How is the exemplary approach in fostering the morals of students at the An-Nidhom Islamic Boarding School, Cirebon City? (2) How are the students' morals at the An-Nidhom Islamic Boarding School, Cirebon City? (3) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors for using the exemplary approach in fostering the morals of students at the An-Nidhom Islamic Boarding School, Cirebon City?. This research was carried out using descriptive qualitative research methods. Informants in this study were obtained from someone who knows very well the problems surrounding the example of kyai and clerics and the moral development of students at the An-Nidhom Islamic Boarding School, Cirebon City. Informants in this study were kyai, ustad and students themselves. Collecting data in this study using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Testing the validity of the data by using technical triangulation and time triangulation. The data analysis technique used in this study is interactive where data analysis is carried out interactively and continuously until it is complete. Based on the results of the study, it was found that kyai and clerics at Pondok Pesantren An-Nidhom are able to provide examples to students by being uswah or role models in all aspects of real daily life, while the morals of the students of the An-Nidhom Islamic Boarding School in Cirebon City have been awakened through example, habituation of activities carried out by kyai and ustadz at Pondok Pesantren An-Nidhom Cirebon City. And also encouraged by the activities of Islamic boarding schools. The supporting and inhibiting factors for the success of students at the An-Nidhom Islamic Boarding School are the same.
