Analisis Kemampuan Guru Dalam Menyusun Penilaian di SDN 01 Tualang Kabupaten Siak

Abstract

Based on initial observations, teachers at SDN 01 Tualang have compiled an assessment to support the learning process. The teacher arranges an assessment to determine the extent of the students' abilities in the learning process. This study aims to determine the ability of teachers in preparing assessments at SDN 01 Tualang, Siak Regency. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques and instruments are interviews, observation and documentation. Testing the validity of the data using source triangulation and technical triangulation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The conclusion of this study is that teachers at SDN 01 Tualang are able to compose an assessment by following all the stages and components of the learning device.
