Abstract

Indonesia, with all its wealth ranging from ethnicity, culture, and various religions, of course cannot be separated from a problem that results in prolonged conflict, the burning system of places of worship is a frequent occurrence, the understanding of eternal religious verses results in conflict, even though al-Quran forbids it. However, this cannot be avoided because in social terms, a conflict is born that is logged from a social interaction. This is where ta'aruf and ta'asub reason for the term conflict in the Koran with its various derivations, including qital and al-harb (war) al-khasm (hostile), ikhtilaf (disagreement) and tanazu '(contradiction). Then regarding the Qur'anic solutions given regarding conflicts between religious communities, at least the author describes three results, among others, tabayun, deliberation, mutual forgiveness (gracefulness), four guarantees of religious freedom.Keywords: Conflict, Social, Solution, Al-Qur'an
