This study aims to determine the effect of the characteristics of peel-off gel mask preparation based on Moringa leaf extract and forest honey to the quality of facial skin. This research was type of experiment conducted in laboratory using quantitative approach. The peel-off gel mask preparation was made by 4 volume variations such as, 0 mL, 3 mL, 5 mL and 7 mL and used 4 type of tests such as, organoleptic tests in color, aroma, and texture which had the highest average value in formulation 3 with successive scores row (4.80, 4.45, 4.75). pH test, with the highest value was found in formulation 1 with value a 6.67. Irritation test, the results obtained from the variation of the peel-off gel mask formulation did not cause irritation. The last one was Antibacterial test with the highest value found in formulation 3 with inhibitory power of 26.40 mm showed a very strong inhibitory power. It can be concluded that variations in the formulations of Moringa leaf extract and forest honey affect the quality characteristics of the peel-off gel mask preparation the best quality formulation variant found in formulation 3.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik sediaan masker gel peel-off berbahan dasar ekstrak daun kelor dan madu hutan terhadap kualitas kulit wajah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen yang dilakukan di laboratorium dengan menggunakan pendeketan kuantitatif. Sediaan masker gel peel-off dibuat dengan 4 variasi volume ekstrak daun kelor dan madu hutan yaitu dari 0 mL, 3 mL, 5 mL dan 7 mL dan menggunakan 4 uji yaitu uji organoleptik berupa warna, aroma, dan tekstur memiliki nilai rata-rata tertinggi terdapat pada formulasi 3 dengan skor berturut-turut (4,80, 4,45, 4,75). Pada uji pH, nilai tertinggi terdapat pada formulasi 1 dengan nilai 6,67. Pada uji iritasi, didapatkan hasil variasi formulasi masker gel peel-off tidak terjadi iritasi. Pada uji daya antibakteri nilai tertinggi terdapat pada formulasi 3 dengan daya hambat 26,40 mm yang menunjukan daya hambat yang sangat kuat. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa variasi formulasi ekstrak daun kelor dan madu hutan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas karakteristik sediaan masker gel peel-off dengan varian formulasi yang paling bagus kualitasnya adalah terdapat pada formulasi 3.
