PRODUKTIVITAS DOSEN PERGURUAN TINGGI ISLAM DITENGAH PANDEMIC COVID – 19 BIDANG PENELITIAN DAN PUBLIKASI ILMIAH
Abstract
Work productivity is the ability of a person or group of people to produce products, both in the form of goods and services which are qualitatively and quantitatively increasing from time to time. College. Through these regulations, it is hoped that later it can encourage lecturers to improve the quality, quantity of research and scientific publications. The purpose of this research is to reveal the productivity of lecturers in the field of research and scientific publications. This information can later be used by stakeholders to conduct guidance on the performance of lecturers. This research is a survey research and to collect the necessary data, a questionnaire that has high validity and reliability is used, and is equipped with observation techniques. At the initial stage, the respondents in this study were 80 lecturers at the University of Nahdlatul Ulama Sunan Giri. The results of the study show that during 2020, the productivity of UNU Sunan Giri lecturers in the field of research and scientific publications to increase when compared to 2019. In addition, differences also occur at the level of scientific publications.
