Tradisi Jual Beli Barter dalam Kajian Hukum Islam
Abstract
Buying and selling is the exchange of certain assets with other assets based in the pleasure between the two, in other sense, transfer owner shif right whit other property right besed on agre ment and matrial calculation. So that the barter sale and pur chase transection was still applied in the community every day they make barter transaction fulfill their daily meeds. Usually the basic need that can be exchanged for one such as vegetables,rice, tempeh or tofu.This study uses qualitative method, name’y as a rearch procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or oral woeds from people and observable bevavior. The practice of barter buying and selling is still valid whit the ful fill ment of trading term as in the hadithit has been explained the what can be exchanged is the same type and the same as the illat, namely: gold silver, wheat rice, date, and sait prohibited ny isla inless it has fulfilled several conditions, namely: a the same amount an quality (quantitiy and quality) in chas b. hadover on one assemliy.
