Abstract
Career women at this time are not a strange thing, even many people with the status of wives are also involved in working outside the home. A phenomenon like this raises a lot of debate between community. There are some people that agree on women in family careers, some also disagree with it. The debate above sometimes leads to conflict within the family, so that authors see interesting things if career women in this family are discussed using a theory, especially Fazlur Rahman's Double Movement theory.
