MEKANISME PEMBERIAN BONUS DI ORIFLAME MENURUT TINJAUAN FATWA DSN-MUI NO. 75/DSN MUI/VII/2009 TENTANG PEDOMAN PENJUALAN LANGSUNG BERJENJANG SYARIAH

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe problem raised in this skripsi is about the mechanism for giving bonuses in Oriflame, where the alleged bonuses are given up to the lure and there is passive income. The purpose of this research is to determine of the mechanism for giving bonuses in the Oriflame Yarsih Network and to know the review of Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 75/DSN MUI/VII/2009 on the mechanism giving bonuses in the Oriflame Yarsih Network. The research method used is the type of field research with a qualitative research approach, using primary and secondary data sources obtained through indirect interview with Oriflame members, non-participant observation and collection of research-related documentation, which is then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The results of the research are the mechanism for giving bonuses in the Oriflame Yarsih Network is based on the amount of BP (Bonus Points) collected. Then, the mechanism for giving bonuses in Oriflame Yarsih Network if reviewed the Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 75/DSN MUI/VII/2009 there is one point which is not appropriate where in the Fatwa it is explained that there should be no passive commissions or bonuses that are obtained regularly without coaching or selling goods or services. However, in Oriflame there is passive income.Keywords: Fatwa DSN MUI; Giving Bonuses; Oriflame; The Mechanism. ABSTRAKPermasalahan yang diangkat di dalam skripsi ini mengenai mekanisme pemberian bonus di Oriflame, dimana diduga bonus yang diberikan meimbulkan iming-iming dan terdapat pendapatan pasif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui mekanisme pemberian bonus di Oriflame Jaringan Yarsih dan mengetahui tinjauan Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 75/DSN MUI/VII/2009 terhadap mekanisme pemberian bonus di Oriflame Jaringan Yarsih. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu jenis penelitian lapangan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan sumber data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh melalui wawancara tidak langsung dengan para member Oriflame, observasi non partisipan serta pengumpulan dokumentasi terkait, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mekanisme pemberian bonus di Oriflame Jaringan Yarsih dilakukan berdasarkan jumlah BP (Bonus Point) yang terkumpul. Kemudian, mekanisme pemberian bonus di Oriflame Jaringan Yarsih menurut tinjauan Fatwa DSN-MUI No. 75/DSN MUI/VII/2009 terdapat satu point yang tidak sesuai dimana dalam Fatwa dijelaskan tidak boleh ada komisi atau bonus secara pasif yang diperoleh secara reguler tanpa melakukan pembinaan atau penjualan barang atau jasa. Namun, di Oriflame terdapat pendapatan pasif.Kata kunci: Fatwa DSN-MUI; Mekanisme; Oriflame; Pemberian Bonus.
