Dampak Covid 19 terhadap Manajemen Peserta Didik di SDN 1 Trans Batumarta VII


Student management can be used as a place to improve quality and achievement in elementary schools. During the COVID-19 pandemic, students were still guided properly and correctly so that their success could be measured in educational institutions. Student management is an activity in managing students starting from the student entering the early stages of teaching and learning activities until graduation, there are several goals as well as the achievements of student management including planning, coaching, evaluation and transfer. The purpose of this study is to find out how the management at SDN 1 Trans Batumarta is. The research method used is a qualitative research method where in this method we approach when carrying out research where we focus on phenomena that occur in schools of course by complying with health protocols. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. SDN 1 Trans Batumarta was founded in 1985 with the establishment of SDN 1 Trans Batumarta it is hoped that it will create superior students with the concept of student management through student planning activities, student guidance, student evaluation, and transfers.
