This journal aims to find out how to become an ideological (religious)-based educational leadership entrepreneur, philosophical-based, psychological-based, and sociologically based. This type of research is qualitative with a descriptive approach. Collecting data by using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique is descriptive analytical. The problems discussed include the essence of being a leader who has an entrepreneurial spirit in religious-based, philosophy-based, psychology-based, and sociology-based educational leadership. ABSTRAK Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana menjadi seorang enterpreneurship kepemimpinan pendidikan berbasis idologis (agama), berbasis filosofis, berbasis psikologis, dan berbasis sosiologis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dengan deskriptif analitis, Permasalahan yang dibahas antara lain Hakekat menjadi pemimpin yang memiliki jiwa enterpreneurship dalam kepemimpinan pendidikan berbasis agama, berbasis filsafat, berbasis psikologi, serta berbasis sosiologi.
