UPAYA MENINGKATKAN KEMAMPUAN KERJASAMA MELALUI PERMAINAN ULAR NAGA PADA ANAK KELOMPOK B1 RA BAITURRAHMAN BIMA KOTA CIREBON

Abstract

This class action research aims to improve the ability of children's cooperation through the activities of the game of snakes in Group B1 RA BAITURRAHMAN BIMA CIREBON CITY. The game of the dragon that is used is limited to the game Dragon Snake. This type of research is a classroom action with a subject that is group students B1 RA BAITURRAHMAN BIMA CIREBON CITY, amounting to 14 children. Data collection methods used are observation and documentation methods. Research on the ability of this collaboration has been through the process of instrument validation in order to obtain the validity and reliability of research instruments. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative and quantitative descriptive. The pre-action activities that started this study produced data that the average value of children's collaboration skills was only 14.29%. The action in this collaboration capability study was carried out in two cycles. Based on the results of the second cycle, the average value of children's abilities has reached a value of 92%. This development has reached an indicator of success where the research is said to be successful if it has reached a value of 76%. Thus, this research can be said to be successful. Abstrak Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kerjasama anak melalui kegiatan permainan ular naga pada Kelompok B1 RA BAITURRAHMAN BIMA KOTA CIREBON. Permainan ular naga yang digunakan dibatasi pada permainan Ular Naga. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah tindakan kelas dengan subjek yaitu anak didik kelompok B1 RA BAITURRAHMAN BIMA KOTA CIREBON yang berjumlah 14 anak. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode observasi dan metode dokumentasi. Penelitian mengenai kemampuan kerjasama ini telah melalui proses validasi instrumen guna memperoleh validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen penelitian. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif. Kegiatan pra tindakan yang mengawali penelitian ini menghasilkan data bahwa nilai rata-rata kemampuan kerjasama anak baru mencapai nilai 14,29%. Tindakan dalam penelitian kemampuan kerjasama ini dilakukan dalam dua siklus. Berdasarkan hasil dari siklus II, nilai rata-rata kemampuan anak telah mencapai nilai 92%. Perkembangan ini telah mencapai indikator keberhasilan dimana penelitian dikatakan berhasil apabila telah mencapai nilai 76%. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini dapat dikatakan berhasil
