Pendampingan Implementasi E Leraning Menyenangkan Bagi Guru PAUD Kelurahan Argasunya Kota Cirebon (PIAUD)
Abstract
The impact of the Covid - 19 pandemic is felt by all levels of society and all aspects of life, including early childhood education. Changes in learning begin with planning, strategy, media to evaluation. The education unit must have the readiness of human resources in the form of teaching staff and education as well as the readiness of technology facilities so that the learning process can be carried out effectively and efficiently. However, not all PAUD units are able to carry out internet-based learning which is called e learning, the obstacles faced include the unpreparedness of educators in applying gadgets and the internet as e learning media, the limitations of parents in operating features in gadgets, difficult locations affordable by internet access, economic limitations to fulfill the learning quota, support and synergy between teachers and parents towards the e learning process which is still difficult to build. Community service which is carried out as a form of implementation of the tridharma of higher education aims to educate PAUD teachers in Argasunya Village to be able to carry out a collaborative e learning process with parents so that learning from home becomes meaningful and fun. Mentoring was carried out through a webinar which was attended by 50 participants consisting of managers, school principals and PAUD teachers. Abstrak Dampak pandemi Covid – 19 dirasakan seluruh lapisan masyarakat dan segala aspek kehidupan, tidak terkecuali pada pendidikan anak usia dini. Perubahan pembelajaran diawali dari perencanaan, strategi , media hingga evaluasi. Satuan pendidikan harus memiliki kesiapan dari sumberdaya manusia berupa tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan juga kesiapan fasilitias teknologi agar proses pembelajaran dapat terlaksana secara efektif dan efisien. Akan tetapi tidak semua satuan PAUD mampu melaksanakan pembelajaran berbasis internet yang disebut dengan e learning, kendala yang dihadapi antara lain ketiadak siapan tenaga pendidik dalam mengaplikasikan gadget dan internet sebagai media e learning, keterbatasan orang tua dalam pengoperasian fitur – fitur dalam gadget, lokasi yang sulit terjangkau oleh akses internet, keterbatasan ekonomi untuk pemenuhan kuota belajar, dukungan dan sinergitas antara guru dan orang tua terhadap proses e learning yang masih sulit dibangun. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan sebagai wujud implementasi tridharma perguruan tinggi bertujuan untuk mengedukasi guru PAUD di Desa Argasunya agar mampu melakukan proses e learning kolaboratif bersama orang tua murid sehingga belajar dari rumah menjadi bermakna dan menyenangkan. Pendampingan dilakukan melalui webinar yang dihadiri oleh 50 peserta yang terdiri dari pengelola, kepala sekolah dan guru PAUD.
