Stakeholder feedback - a tool for quality assurance in higher education

Abstract

Measuring, assessing and constant improving educational quality is one of the most significant tasks in higher education. This article shows the role of stakeholders’ feedback (internal and external) survey in quality assurance in higher education. This research is conducted through survey and interview with both students and employees as far as external stakeholders such as graduates, potential employers about the importance of feedback in quality assurance in University of Science and Education – The University of Da Nang. The results have pointed out that stakeholders’ feedback plays an important role in quality assurance in higher education and contributes to improving quality through satisfying the needs of relevant stakeholders.
