Research on improving the efficiency of safe operation of the automatic voltage adjustment system of substations 110kV without personnel
Abstract
Voltage has a great influence on the electrical system and is one of the decisive factors in the quality of electricity, ensuring the reliability of power supply. Therefore, the issue of voltage stability depends on effective monitoring and controlling from the operation engineers at the Control Center.This article analyzes the current grid operation mode of PC Da Nang, researches in detail the operating process of the On Load Tap Changer (OLTC) of the transformers, the operating modes of SCADA system to adjust the voltage. Based on this, the article has recommended an automatically check algorithm and built a controlling programs on the Command Sequences to apply to the SCADA system of PC Da Nang. This has improved operational efficiency safely for the automatic voltage adjustment system of substations 110kV without personnel.
