The study has conducted training courses to enhance participants\' awareness about renewable energy, solar energy, and application models. Based on the results, factors that impact the decision-making ability to install a solar photovoltaic system on the house rooftop are analyzed. There were 260 households participating in the research that were randomly selected from 5 hamlets in Hoa An commune, Phung Hiep district and 5 hamlets in PhuHuu commune, Chau Thanh A district. After research, participants\' knowledge of renewable energy was strengthened. The number of participants with a full understanding of renewable energy increased from 4.2% to 76.9%. The research results, which are produced through Binary logistic regression model, show that the factors impacting making dicision ability to install a solar photovoltaic system on the house rooftop are environmental friendliness, the ability to sell excess electricity produced from the system, product warranty period, installation/repair costs, and the availability of local businesses.
