PENINGKATAN KEMAMPUAN MENULIS TEKS BERITA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN COOPERATIVE SCRIPT SISWA KELAS VII SMP NEGERI 2 GUNUNGSITOLI UTARA TAHUN PEMBELAJARAN 2017/2018
Abstract
One of the problems of students in writing news is the ability of students to explain facts or new things is still lacking. The purpose of this study was to improve the ability of students to write news using cooperative script learning models. The subject of this study was the eighth grade students of SMP Negeri 2 Gunungsitoli Utara. Based on the results of the study, it was found that teaching and learning activities in the first cycle were the lowest score (35) and the highest score was 62 with an average score was 48.21 while the second cycle was the lowest (75) and the highest score was 84.60 and classified good, with the results of observations in the first cycle of the first meeting was 75%, then in the first cycle II meeting was 85%, then the second cycle of the first meeting was 92.2% while the second cycle meeting II was 95.4%. Then it can be seen that the second cycle of meeting II students is more active than the previous meeting.
