One of the things that can make learning innovative and creative is the Cooperative Type Everyone is Teacher Here learning model which aims to give students the opportunity to act as teachers for their friends. This type of research is Class Action Research (CAR). The subjects in this study were class VIII-D Gunungsitoli North 2 Junior High School, which numbered 28 people. Based on the findings and discussion, in the first cycle the teacher's ability to carry out the learning process reached an average of 58.04% while in the second cycle it was 87.5%. student activity during the learning process in the first cycle reached an average of 50.49%, while the second cycle amounted to 88.38%. In the first cycle student learning outcomes reached an average of 72.40 while in the second cycle increased to an average of 81.07. The percentage of completeness achieved in the first cycle amounted to 67.82%, thus the study continued in the second cycle, by obtaining a percentage of completeness of 89.28%, this has reached the set target of 75%.
