The early introduction and understanding of cultural values to students is the first step in preserving culture as a heritage of pride in an certain area and as a means of control for student behavior so that it is not easily influenced by unfamiliar foreign cultures among the community where students live. This research was conducted at SMP Negeri 2 Tuhemberua. With a population of all Class VIII students of 156 people, a random sample was drawn, which was 25% of the total population of 39 people. The instruments used in conducting this research were questionnaires (x) on cultural values and questionnaires (y) on student behavior, where each questionnaire consisted of 15 questionnaire items arranged based on questionnaire grids. This study used a descriptive approach with quantitative methods purposed to solve problems based on field data. The results of this study indicated that there is a significant effect between cultural values on student behavior on citizenship education subjects in Class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Tuhemberua. This is based on testing the hypothesis by using the t-test at a significant level of 0.05 where t = 10.7642> t table = 1.6879.
