Abstract
This study aims to describe and analyze the Civic Education Larning in shaping democratic attitudes, to improve the ability of democratic students. This research used a qualitative method by doing a descriptive approach. The title is the ability of students to democracy through the learning strategy of citizenship education. The results obtained indicate the Civic Education learning in shaping democratic attitudes to improve the ability of students to democracy at SMP Negeri 3 Lolofitu Moi.
