STRATEGI SERVIS (PELAYANAN PRIMA) BANK SYARIAH TERHADAP NASABAH NON-MUSLIM (STUDI KASUS PADA BPR SYARIAH AMANAH UMMAH)

Abstract

Islam provides a complete guide to the business and financial area, in which there is banking sector that spans finance for micro and small enterprises. Although the Bank known as Islamic bank, but in practice the BPR Syariah Amanah Ummah often found non-Muslim customers. All customers are business partners who should receive the same treatment. Excellent service is the key to customer loyalty. This paper attempts to outline how the strategy of BPR Syariah Amanah Ummah in providing service to customers, especially nonmuslim customers.
