ANALISIS PENGEMBANGAN SUKUK NEGARA DAN MEKANISME TRANSAKSINYA PADA PASAR MODAL DI INDONESIA
Abstract
This paper analyzed the problem of developing sovereign sukuk in Indonesia using deskriptif analitic methodology, proceeded by secondary data and in depth interview with scholar and practisioners of Islamic Capital Market to fully understand the problem. The cause of this problem could be grouped into four aspect, namely 1) government, 2) emiten, 3) investor, and 4) characteristic product. This research found that the problems of developing sovereign sukuk in Indonesia could be summed up into two main causes from market player and regulation aspects. The suggested solution was to increas regulation, issued sukuk at regular intervals and teh company has not issued sukuk immediately published the sovereign sukuk, investors can assess investment instruments wisely, create a benchmark for sovereign sukuk and expands the base of contract as well as strengthening the legal basisof any contract.
