Abstract: This study discusses how the rights of minorities in the Islamic context. The results of this study show that minority rights are one of the most complicated issues facing Muslims and Muslims in the present context. In fact, the rights of minorities are set in the Qur'an and practiced the Prophet Muhammad when he led the State of  Medina and confirmed in the form of the constitution of medina, as well as his companions in the Islamic government with a good and comprehensive. In fact, non-Muslims are treated more and control the government and the science sector. Thus, an irresponsible argument if one asserts that Islam does not recognize minority rights.  Keywords; Rights, Minorities, Islam, Jizyah, Rasulullah SAW Abstrak: Studi ini membahas tentang bagaimana hak minoritas dalam konteks Islam. Hasil dari studi ini memperlihatkan bahwa hak minoritas merupakan salah satu masalah pelik yang dihadapi kaum muslimin dan Islam dalam konteks kekinian. Padahal, hak minoritas sudah diatur dalam Alquran dan dipraktekkan Nabi Muhammad Saw ketika memimpin Negara Madinah dan dikukuhkan dalam bentuk the constitution of medina, serta para sahabat-sahabatnya dalam pemerintahan Islam dengan baik dan komprehensif. Bahkan, non muslim diperlakukan lebih dan menguasai pemerintahan serta sektor ilmu pengetahuan. Maka, sebuah argumentasi yang tidak bertanggungjawab jika ada yang menyatakan bahwa Islam tak mengenal hak-hak minoritas. Kata Kunci; Hak, Minoritas, Islam, Jizyah, Rasulullah SAW
