Transportation is something that is very important at this time. The standard standard of human life is increasing desire to realize higher transportation services. Some people make transport as a tool to generate income. Transportation services in Indonesia in general and Wonogiri in particular have a form split. One form of transportation service is to use two-wheeled vehicles, known as motorcycle taxis. The popularity of motorcycle taxis is increasing with the presence of online motorcycle taxis in Indonesia. However, this has had an impact on the economy, in particular the existence of conventional ojek (pangkalan). The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of online motorcycle taxis on conventional motorcycle taxis at Pangkalan Ojek Terminal Lama Wonogiri. The results showed that online motorcycle taxis had an impact on reduced income at conventional ojek bases. The Wonogiri Lama Terminal conventional motorcycle taxi is not ready to compete with the online motorcycle taxi especially in following the customer's wishes and providing customer satisfaction. But the enthusiasm of the members of conventional motorcycle taxis is not diminished after the existence of online motorcycle taxis. Suggestions for members of the Wonogiri Lama Terminal conventionoanal motorcycle base to be more responsive and active in exploring customer desires, more communicative with customers, or to make suggestions & criticism boxes placed at the base. In addition, it is necessary to create a standard in operating motorcycle taxis in providing services to customers.
