AbstrakHasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa Perlindungan Hukum terhadap penggunaan Musik Sebagai Suara Latar Di Youtube Menurut Undang-Undang No.28 Tahun 2014 Tentang Hak Cipta terdapat beberapa pelanggaran Hak Cipta. Adupun faktor-faktor yang melatar melatar belakangi sehingga akun tersebut melanggar hak cipta pada konten youtube yaitu : 1) Terdapat karya cipta musik milik orang lain di dalam video yang diunggah kedalam Youtube, walaupun hal tersebut dilakukan tanpa sengaja dan mendapatkan teguran tiga kali maka akun tersebut di banned/blokir oleh pihak youtube, 2) Dengan sengaja menggunakan karya musik milik orang lain tanpa izin dari pencipta yang terdapat dari akun Youtube tentu saja melanggar hak cipta tersebut sehingga mendapatkan teguran oleh pihak Youtube maka video yang diunggah di akun Youtubenya tersebut dihapus oleh pihak Youtube karaena sudah melanggar hak cipta.
