This study discusses the Review of Islamic Law AgainstJudges' Decisions in Crimes of Sexual Violence in Children in the Takalar District Court. Taking the title intended to answer some of the questions raised in the subject matter of this thesis is How Legal Protection of Children Victims of Sexual Violence. How Judges Consideration in Dropping Decisions Against Criminal Acts of Sexual Violence on Children. How to Review Islamic Law Against Judges' Considerations in Criminal Acts of Sexual Violence Against Children in the Takalar District CourtThis research includes field research that is descriptive qualitative field research with research used on the discussion of shar'i, namely discussions that examine using Islamic shari'a such as the Al-Qur'an and hadith that are relevant to topics related to research of scholars or fuqaha. Juridical official statement, which is about what is used to study the problem based on the provisions in force in the laws and other regulations. In this case the drafted law stipulates the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia as the applicable legal basis. Furthermore, to obtain data about this problem, the data collection methods used are Observation, Documentation, Interview.
