Pengaruh Kedisiplinan Siswa dalam Mengikuti Ulangan Harian terhadap Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Siswa

Abstract

Education is a very important thing for human life, especially for the future life. It is undeniable, in an era like today, the level of student discipline has begun to decline. Though discipline is also one of the success factors of a student. For this reason, this study aims to determine 1. Is there an effect of the discipline of reading books with the high and low of a learning value. 2. How far the influence of learning discipline in school on the value of learning. In this study the authors used the method of documentation, observation, interview methods, and questionnaire methods. The method used by the author to analyze the data is statistical data analysis method using a descriptive approach and the technique used is the product moment correlation technique. The results obtained from this study are the discipline of students to enter school, the discipline of following daily tests, and also the discipline of students in reading knowledge books greatly influences student learning scores and achievements. From the results of data processing through the t-test or T-test, it turns out that to = 5,465 > t_t 1% = 2,576 thus there is a very significant difference between disciplined students and students who are less disciplined, both regarding discipline in entering school, discipline in taking daily tests and discipline in reading textbooks.
