Religiositas sebagai Determinan Organizational Citizenship Behaviour
Abstract
AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of religiousity on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) mediated by organizational commitment in KSPPS BMD Syariah Madiun. The statistical analysis used includes the classical assumption test, hypothesis testing and path analysis. The results showed that religiosity had a positive effect on OCB, but did not have a positive effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive influence on OCB but has not been proven to mediate the relationship of religiosity and OCB. This study provides a new conclusion that organizational commitment is not a mediator of religiosity and OCB relations.AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh religiusitas terhadapĀ Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)dimediasiĀ komitmen organisasional di KSPPS BMD Syariah Madiun. Analisis statistik yang digunakan meliputi uji asumsi klasik, uji hipotesis dan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa religiusitas memiliki efek positif pada OCB, tetapi tidak memiliki efek positif pada komitmen organisasi. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif pada OCB tetapi tidak terbukti memediasi hubungan religiusitas dan OCB. Studi ini memberikan kesimpulan baru bahwa komitmen organisasi bukanlah mediator hubungan religiusitas dan OCB
