Hiper-realitas, Simulakra dan Pola Konsumsi Masyarakat Post Modernisme
Abstract
Hyper-reality and simulacra cause consumptive society to no longer consume things based on needs but merely to follow trends and desires. This study aims to determine hyper-reality, simulacra, and consumption patterns in post-modernism society. This research is a qualitative type through literature study. The results of this study prove that hyper-reality and simulacra created by the media and advertisements are very influential factors in the pattern of consumptive society in the post-modern era.
