EVALUASI MODEL CIPP TERHADAP PROGRAM MUSYAWARAH GURU MATA PELAJARAN (MGMP) KIMIA KOTA PADANG TAHUN PELAJARAN 2008/2009
Abstract
This study was aimed at evaluating the CIPP model toward MGMP Chemistry teachers programs in Padang in 2008/2009 academic year. The study showed that Context and Input components were in good category. Process component referring to the actualization of programs which were relevant to the participants’ needs was well and fluently managed and in lack of obstacle category. Product component of the MGMP activities were suitable with the need and improved the participants’ professionalism was in good category. The result of the activities was successfully applied in schools. To conclude, the evaluation pointed out that the activities were in good category.Kata kunci: CIPP, context, input, process, product, MGMP.
