Meningkatkan Kemampuan Guru dalam Mengelola Pembelajaran melalui Supervisi Klinis di SMP Negeri 12 Mataram
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of clinical supervision in the learning process to improve teacher skills at SMP Negeri 12 Mataram. The study used the School Action Research (PTS) method with a qualitative approach with instruments that used interview guides and direct practice. The data collection techniques used interview techniques, observation, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively with an interactive analysis model with data collection steps, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of clinical supervision can improve the ability of teachers in the learning process at SMP Negeri 12 Mataram. Teacher guidance through clinical supervision is carried out systematically and continuously through the stages of pre-observation, learning observation, and post-observation. The ability of teachers to be able to work optimally in carrying out their obligations, duties and responsibilities as well as their roles in a professional manner. Through the clinical supervision approach, subject teachers are able to improve teachers' abilities in learning management and can create quality learning in SMP Negeri 12 Mataram.
