Meningkatkan Kompetnsi Guru dalam Mengembangkan RPP Saintifik dengan Diskusi Tutor Sebaya di SMP Negeri 12 Mataram
Abstract
The purpose of this school action research (PTS) is to determine the increase in teacher competence in developing scientific lesson plans with peer tutor discussions at SMP Negeri 12 Mataram for the 2018/2019 academic year. The subjects of this school action research were all subject teachers, especially civil servants and GTT at SMP Negeri 12 Mataram. The number of subjects of this study were 40 teachers, with details of 19 male and 21 female. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of cycle I and cycle II above, it can be concluded that: peer tutors are scientifically proven to improve teacher competence in compiling a scientific lesson plan (RPP) at SMP Negeri 12 Mataram. This is proven to be known after being given action in cycle II, the teacher's ability in preparing scientific-based lesson plans can be said to have been optimal. Of the 40 teachers who have completed, which means that they are able to correctly compile a Scientific Learning Implementation Plan (RPP), 36 are or 90.00%. Meanwhile, there were 4 teachers or 10.00% incomplete.
