Efektivitas Pengolahan Manajemen Pendidikan Islam terhadap Pengembangan Mutu SMK Unggulan An Nur Bululawang
Abstract
In an Islamic educational institution there is a management that regulates the running of the institution. However, there are some institutions that are lacking in understanding and running institutions in accordance with Islamic education management. In this article, the writing method used is literature study or literature review. Based on the results obtained from some literature, the author can conclude that Islamic Education Management is the process of managing or coordinating resources which include human or institutional Islam and in order to achieve Islamic goals. There are management principles in accordance with Islamic education, namely sincerity, honesty and trustworthiness. There are also functions starting from planning, organizing and monitoring. Management of Education and Management of Islamic education have several similarities and differences. In general, the two have similarities, but because the intended variables are different, the management used and developed is different.
