Peningkatan Kedisiplinan Guru Tidak Tetap (GTT) dalam Kehadiran Mengajar di Kelas melalui Reward and Punishment di SMP Negeri 6 Mataram Semester Ganjil Tahun Pelajaran 2019/2020
Abstract
This study aims to determine the future of the reward and punishment system that can increase the discipline of temporary teachers in the teaching and learning process at SMP Negeri 6 Mataram Odd Semester in the 2019/2020 Academic Year. The subjects of this study were all non-permanent teachers at SMP Negeri 6 Mataram consisting of 9 boys and 12 girls so that the total number was 21 people. The results showed that the application of Reward and Punishment was effective in improving the discipline of temporary teachers in the teaching and learning process. The data obtained shows that after implementing the actions in the form of Reward and Punishment, namely the level of discipline on time, the initial condition is 11 teachers or (52.38%), becomes 14 teachers or (66.67%) in the first cycle it increases to 17 teachers. or (80.95%). While the teacher's delay in class in the learning process obtained data on the initial conditions of 5 teachers or (23.81), and as many as 4 teachers were late to class less than 5 minutes or (19.05%) in the first cycle in the second cycle to 3 ( 14.29%). And 3 teachers or (14.29%) in the initial condition were late to class between 5 minutes to 10 minutes, became 2 teachers in cycle I or (9.52%), increased to 1 teacher or (4.76%) %), and 2 teachers were late to class more than 10 minutes in initial conditions or (9,52), became 1 person in cycle I or (4,76), while in cycle II there was not a single teacher who was late to class more than 10 minutes. Thus the application of the reward and punishment system can increase the discipline of temporary teachers in the teaching and learning process at SMP Negeri 6 Mataram in the odd semester of the 2019/2020 Academic Year, it can be said to be successful.
