Efektivitas Fungsi Controlling Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru dalam Pembelajaran Sains di TK Darun Najihin NW Gunung Rajak
Abstract
This study aims to determine and prove the effectiveness of the controlling function of the principal on teacher performance in science learning at TK Darun Najihin NW Gunung Rajak. The type of research used is associative research with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used was saturated samples. The data collection was carried out by observation, questionnaire (questionnaire), and documentation. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive analysis of data with trend testing, research instrument test (validity and reliability), classical assumption test (normality test and correlation test), and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of data analysis, the correlation test value r_hitung = 0.916 was obtained, which means that the controlling function of the principal can improve teacher performance in science learning. While the hypothesis test obtained the value of t count 25.022> t table 1.714 which means that the research hypothesis is accepted (H_a accepted), which means that the controlling function of the principal is very effective on teacher performance in science learning at TK Darun Najihin NW Gunung Rajak.
