Abstract
This study raises the importance of the effectiveness of instructional design in teaching teaching and learning activities as well as the routine implementation of formative evaluation. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The object of research is a teacher of grade IV SD, SDN Karang Tengah 07. The techniques used in this research are observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Teachers use creative and innovative learning designs so that students are more active in learning and to explore students' potential with a variety of fun learning methods.
