ANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI MASYARAKAT GINDI MENJADI NASABAH PADA BANK SYARIAH DI KOTA BIMA
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the Gindi community to become customers of Islamic Banks in Bima City. The factors include religious factors, income and services. This type of research is quantitative research. This research data collection technique is a questionnaire or questionnaire. The results showed that partially the religious variable had an effect of 0.008, the income variable had no effect of 0.072 and the service variable had an effect of 0.012 on the decision of the Gindi community to become a customer of Islamic Bank in Bima City. While simultaneously the religious, income, and service variables had an influence of 0.034 on the decision of the Gindi community to become customers of Islamic Bank in Bima City. It can be concluded that religious and service factors have an effect on the decision of the Gindi community to become a customer at a Sharia Bank in the city of Bima while the income factor has no effect on the decision of the Gindi community to become a customer at a Sharia Bank in Bima City
