Watchfulness result conclusion that is style leadership exist in stone KUD Gondanglegi belongs in laissez faire leadership style. Employee work spirit exist in KUD Gondanglegi Malang enters in tall category. Test result knowable that influential leadership style significant towards employee work spirit.
