PENINGKATAN KINERJA GURU DALAM MENETAPKAN KRITERIA KETUNTASAN MINIMAL MELALUI KEGIATAN WORKSHOP DI SMP NEGERI 2 CIKANCUNG KABUPATEN BANDUNG
Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini merupakan meningkatan kesiapan serta Kemampuan guru dalam memutuskan patokan ketuntasan minimun dari siklus I ke siklus II. Cara penerapan penentuan Patokan Ketuntasan Minimun lewat Workshop buat kenaikan keahlian guru dalam memutuskan Patokan Ketuntasan Minimun diawali dari pengontrolan dini. Pengontrolan dini dicoba buat mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang terdapat dalam penentuan Patokan Ketuntasan Minimun. Tahap berikutnya merupakan menganalisa hasil supervisi setelah itu ditindak lanjuti dengan melangsungkan Workshop. Workshop dicoba dengan memakai tahapan- tahapan yang lebih menekankan wawasan praktis alhasil mudah di cerna oleh guru. Terjalin kenaikan kesiapan partisipan dalam aktivitas Workshop di SMP Negara 2 Cikancung Kabupaten Bandung. Disamping itu pula, terjalin kenaikan keahlian guru dalam memutuskan Patokan Ketuntasan Minimun lewat pembinaan berbentuk Workshop dari siklus I ialah dengan datar datar 75, 79% ke siklus II dengan pada umumnya 97, 98% serta menggapai sasaran minimun yang sudah diresmikan ialah 85%, maksudnya 85% guru sudah sukses dalam memutuskan Patokan Ketuntasan Minimun. Periset merumuskan kalau lewat Workshop bisa tingkatkan keahlian guru dalam memutuskan Patokan Ketuntasan Minimun di SMP Negara 2 Cikancung Kabupaten Bandung. Dengan begitu bisa dianjurkan pada pengawas ataupun periset yang lain kalau aktivitas Workshop bisa digunakan bagaikan salah satu pengganti dalam tingkatkan kemampuan guru dalam memutuskan kriteria ketuntasan minimun. The purpose of this study was to improve the readiness and performance of teachers in determining minimum completeness criteria from cycle I to cycle II. The process of determining minimum completeness criteria through Workshops to increase the ability of teachers to determine minimum completeness based on the preliminary observations. It is carried out to avoid problems that exist in determining minimum completeness. The next step is to analyze the results of the supervision and then follow it up by a Workshop. It was conducted using stages that emphasize practical knowledge so that it is easily to learn by the teachers. There was an increase in the readiness of participants in Workshop activities at SMP Negeri 2 Cikancung, Bandung. Beside that, there was increase in the ability of teachers to set minimum completeness criteria through coaching in the form of Workshops from cycle I, with an average of 75.79% to cycle II with an average of 97.98% and reach the minimum target that has been set was 85%. It indicates that the teacher has succeeded in determining Minimum Completeness Criteria. The researcher concluded that through the Workshop, the teacher's ability to determine the minimum completeness criteria at SMP Negeri 2 Cikancung Bandung could improve the ability of teachers. Therefore, it can be given to supervisors or other researchers that Workshop activities can be used as an alternative in improving teachers performance in setting minimum completeness criteria.
