Analisis Bakteri Escherichia Coli dan Logam Timbal pada Es Batu Minuman Jus Buah di Banjarbaru
Abstract
The quality of ice used in fruit juice drinks are widely consumed in times of heat still raises a question mark for the people. Drinks consumed potentially disrupt health when it contaminate bacteria and heavy metals. Research aims to analyze water quality on ice cubes used in fruit juice drinks seen from the content of E.coli bacteria and metal Pb (lead). The sample in this study was taken in 5 places in Banjarbaru city. E Coli bacteria were analyzed using Plate Count, while Pb metal was analyzed by Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy (SSA). From the test results obtained that 2 samples containing E.coli above the limit of consumption feasibility, while the other 3 samples meet the requirements of consumption feasibility.
