Analisis Pengendalian Persediaan Bahan Baku Pasir Silika dengan menggunakan Metode EOQ Probabilistic Model di PT. Liku Telaga

Abstract

This study aims to determine the optimal order quantity and economically, safety stock, and reorder point for raw materials of silica sand. This research was conducted at PT. Liku Telaga. The method used is EOQ probabilistic model, while the problem solving is done by collecting data related to data storage cost, message cost, production demand, and lead time of arrival of raw materials. In the calculation by EOQ method probabilistic model to fi nd the value of economic order, safety stock, and reorder point. From the calculation result obtained economic quantity order equal to 2018.71 with total cost equal to 5.993.840.533.56 rupiahs and order cycle value equal to 4 order cycle or 89 days each arrival in 1 year and lead time 69 days. For safety stock value of raw material of silica sand with service level 99.9% got equal to 48.62 ton, with value of reorder point equal to 1.610.78 ton.
